Coach Chris
Hallie had a great experience this spring being coached by Chris Wingert. He is a starting defender for the Real Soccer Team. He was super nice to the girls and they had a great time. He was one of my favorite players before, but he is higher on the list now! He is a really nice guy.
Hallie especially liked learning some of the warm up drills he taught, because when we went to a Real game she saw Chris dong the same warm up drills before the game. She thought it was cool to do the same stuff as the pros!
These are the girls he coached. It was fun to have a small group so that they got some good instruction!

Memorial Day Hike
For memorial day the kids and I headed up Big Cottonwood canyon. We went on a hike to Donut Falls.
It was pretty crowded, but it was a fun hike. We want to try it again.
It was the muddiest hike I have every been on. Take note of the ground. The mud and the snow. Most the hike was this muddy or worse. We were sliding everywhere!
Then we had lunch by the water. We found a spot with lots of ants, so we didn't last too long. It was a fun day out in the sunshine and nature! Natalie was with a friend in Park City and Shane was at work, so we had our own adventure.

My Cute Blue Sharks
Abbie and Jace were on the same soccer team this year. We had Jace play up with the older kids for two reasons. Less games for me to get to on a Saturday, and so he could work hard and have a challenge.
They have a ton of fun together.
Jace was very proud that he picked the team name: Blue Sharks.
He was also super excited to have another kid on his team named Jace. Abbie had lots of friends on the team from school, so she had a lot of fun too!

Arches 2012
I took the kids to Arches for the pretty much annual family trip. And this time we took Flat Stanley. We took several pictures of him and Abbie for her class. This one was cute with Eliza and Maelee too!
Jace was a little jealous of the Flat Stanley pics, so we got a cute one of him by a tree. Jace thinks Arches is the best place in the world, and it really is for an adventurous boy. He loved every minute, and only almost died one time. --When he took his scooter to the top of a sandstone fin and decided to ride down it. Luckily mom stopped him before he could do it. We also had a chat about safety, and thinking, and how we really love having him in our family!
We were spread out through the campground this year, so when we gathered for dinner we would "hillbilly" it from one camp to the next in Curt's truck. Good times.
This picture is a rare sighting. Hallie is letting someone touch her! Had to be documented. My cute girls!
We went on a new hike this year to tunnel arch. It was a fun hike and cool to do something new after all these years!
Jace and Jack. Two messy cousins attached at the hip. Look at those darling, yet disgusting faces!!
Getting ready for an egg hunt Easter morning.
Gathered to start the hunt. The kids all got candy and flip flops.
We spent a great afternoon at sand dune arch. The cousins were having a great time together.
Burying Aiden.
Abbie and Eliza climbing to the top of the arch where they never dared go before!
After seeing Aiden, Jace had to get buried too!
Here is the crowd on the last day we were there! It is always a great time for everyone!

We have a 6 year old!!
I took this picture right before school. Jace was bouncing of the walls because he could tell he grew a little overnight! It is also proof that I do his hair before he walks out the door! It just doesn't last long.
This boy makes our house a lot more exciting. He is one funny kid.
He got this cool bike. Green is his favorite color. We had to take it back, it was too big. When we went to exchange it we had to get a green and white "Razor" bike. Why you ask? "Because my scooter says Razor and it goes so dang fast! If I get a Razor bike it will be the fastest bike ever."
Well ok, we better get the "Razor."
Here is his cake. Yes it is small. He didn't care at all. He wanted a "bundt" and a cake with a toy on it. The bundt, because of "My big fat greek wedding" and a toy because he is 6. He loved it, and we love his crazy ways.
We love you Jacer boy!!

We love Real!
Our family really enjoys watching Real Salt Lake Soccer games. We like to watch them on TV and especially at the stadium. We got to this game early to hit "Carnival Real" before the game. They give out some free stuff, and the kids got a fun picture with the Lion!
Just before kickoff with all our loot!
I sure love these cute folks.
Natalie got to sit by an loser at this game. He was on a date and felt the need to swear every other word. Classy.
Good family fun!! Thanks Real for always being fun to watch!!

St. Patricks Day!
Here is what the kids got up to for St. Patricks Day. Yes the milk is dyed green.
"Gold at the end of the rainbow." Thanks for the idea random lady on Pinterest!
Hallie won the fun hat at school. We put it to good use!
My cute little kiddies were very cooperative this morning. They don't like to talk until they eat, but they took some pictures!
Jace was as Happy as Christmas morning!
I don't remember at all why Natalie wasn't home that morning, but too bad for her!! :0)
