Lagoon 2011

It is the end of June and our kids are still in school. Lame. So being the fun parents we are, we thought it would be a fun surprise to have the kids ditch school  and head to Lagoon for the day! Dream com true right? Yea, you would think. Nope, Hallie had a fit. She wanted to go to school. She was going to miss fun stuff. Ok, what is wrong with her? I guess it is good that she is dedicated to school, but seriously. What a Debbie Downer for our fun. Guess we won't do it again.

This is us at the start of the day.

A little wet after the log ride.

Jace on one of the kid rides he actually liked. He went on several and yelled "bor-ing  bo-ring" through the whole ride. I guess he is a daredevil, so we took him to the big rides. You had to be 46  inches. He is 46 inches if you include is spikey hair.  He loved all the scary roller coasters and went on them over and over. Crazy boy!!

Here is Abbie loving the planes. She had fun on everything. She liked some of the big rides, but didn't like others.

Shane took this fun one of us on the sky ride with Hallie and Nat behind us.

And here we are drenched  after Rattle Snake Rapids. We all had a fun time- even Hallie. Shocking.

You have been having some great times already this summer. It sure was fun seeing your cute girls at Terrace Days. Cute Hallie came and gave everyone a hug. And Landen had a blast playing with Jace. He even asked about him the next day. Hopefully we can get together again this summer.

I love it when you update your blog. Looks like you are having an awesome summer. You should let Jace do mutton busting. We would come for that. :)
